My favorite song is One thing by ONE DIRECTION, and I also like Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah,because this song make me happy, and I have sang this many time in English, when I was a member of chorus group. I watched Big Hero 6(in Japan, people call this "Baymax") in this winter. This movie is so good, and now, Baymax is my favorite character. Baymax is so cute and very kind:)
Thank you for your reply, Tanya

Hi Tanya!
I'm Malcolm, one of the FILA English teachers.
Twenty new words is good. Try using the new words that you learn each week when you write posts on this board or any time you speak or write in daily life. It mat seem strange at first, but it does help you remember them. Maybe you have heard the phrase, "Use it or lose it." Using the words regularly with help you to remember them and keep them in your long-term memory. Then you can say with certainty that you have learned them.
Look at the General Service List and Academic Word List too! These are the most commonly used English words and may be more useful that some of the TOEIC words. The TOEIC test is based on business situations, so some of the vocabulary can be highly specialized. Don't worry though, all words that you learn will help make you a better English language user.
Speaking in front of people is very difficult....even for me. What was the most important point for you from the talk? Which one of the 4 are you strongest at now, which is your weakest point?
Writing is a skill! The more you do, the better you get...well in this case, the faster you get. Quick Writes are only about quantity not quality; that will come later. Don't worry, it is natural to be able to write more about familiar/interesting topics than unfamiliar/less interesting topics. The point is that you are getting more words overall!
Yes, try to find a book to read this week. What kind of books do you usually like to read?
Keep up the great work!
Malcolm
